What BNKO does
This investment product offers daily leveraged exposure to the performance of the Solactive MicroSectorsTM U.S. Big Banks Index, seeking to provide two times its daily return. These are senior, unsecured medium-term debt instruments underwritten by Bank of Montreal. Their daily returns are linked to a double-leveraged participation in the index's movements, compounded on a daily basis, but are subject to deductions for a Daily Investor Fee, a Daily Financing Charge, and a potential Redemption Fee. The underlying index itself is equally weighted by dollar amount and tracks the ten largest U.S. banking companies by market capitalization.
