What MTGG does
The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund, a series of Tidal Trust IV, that seeks long-term capital appreciation. It invests globally in companies that its sub-adviser, MayTech Global Investments LLC, identifies as growth companies. These include U.S. and non-U.S. companies across developed and emerging-market countries, and the Fund ordinarily holds positions in at least three non-U.S. issuers. A company counts as non-U.S. if it is organized abroad, headquartered outside the United States, primarily traded on a non-U.S. exchange, or derives at least 50% of its revenues or profits, or holds at least 50% of its assets, outside the United States. Tidal Investments LLC is the adviser. The Fund is non-diversified and may focus its investments in particular sectors.
